We are pleased to announce that Kirk Yuen is now the Director of Operations at Cape Group. As our company grows, we saw a need for someone to take the lead and oversee our daily business activities. Kirk’s leadership, communication and organizational abilities makes him a perfect fit for this role.
Kirk has been with Cape Group for over 25 years having joined us in 1992 with a Building Technology Diploma from BCIT. Kirk started as an Estimator and Project Manager and was taken under the wing of Ralph Schwartzman, the founder of Cape Group, who helped lead him to excel in his positions and take on more and more responsibility over the years.
As Director of Operations, Kirk will be assessing the needs of the company, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible and maximize staff productivity. With Kirk leading Operations, he will be integral in assisting Cape Group through this new growth.
