We are thrilled to partner with local architectural team Human Studio Architecture and Urban Design for our new project in the Grandview-Woodland community. Charles Street will be a mid-rise residential project with beautifully designed market condos, along with retail on the ground level. Still in the early planning stages, we are busy engaging with the City of Vancouver, and local neighbours, to discuss our vision, while gathering feedback on what others would like to see for this project.
